Serhus née Trevail Joan 100 Not Out!!! On Dec 19th ex Military Nurse Joan Serhus (née Trevail) will be toasting '100 not out' with her many relatives and friends at a celebratory lunch at Up Hatherley Manor, Gloucester. Born in Cornwall, Joan spent the war years as Theatre Sister in various parts of the world from Belgium to Burma relishing the excitement and opportunity to serve. Joan married a doctor and enjoyed many happy years as a GP's wife in the idyllic south coast town of Fowey but is now pleased to be living closer to her family in Gloucestershire.
